What terms should a reseller expect from a research peptide wholesaler?

A reseller should expect six written terms before the first order: a purity guarantee with a numeric threshold, a stated remedy (refund, not credit), a testing policy that says who pays, a reshipment policy for seized or lost parcels, a dispatch window, and lot traceability. If any of the six is missing from the supplier’s written terms, the reseller is carrying that risk.

KEY FACTS
  • Six terms to check: purity threshold, remedy, testing policy, reshipment, dispatch window, lot traceability
  • Notary Peptides: ≥98% purity and ≥95% labelled fill, 100% refund
  • Testing reimbursed on orders of 20 kits or more, up to USD 300 per order
  • One free reshipment per order; dispatch within 3 business days; lot number on every vial

Purity threshold and remedy

The threshold should be a number measured by an accredited lab, and the remedy should be stated. “High purity” is not a term. Notary Peptides states ≥98% purity by HPLC and ≥95% of the labelled fill; a batch that fails either at an accredited lab is refunded in full, as a refund rather than a store credit.

Testing policy

Who pays for the lab, under what conditions, and with what cap. Notary Peptides reimburses the invoiced lab fee on any single order of 20 kits or more, up to USD 300 per order, whatever the result; on smaller orders the fee is reimbursed if the result fails the purity guarantee. The buyer picks the vial and the lab.

Reshipment and dispatch

International parcels can be held or seized. The term to look for is a reshipment commitment per order, not a case-by-case promise. Notary Peptides reships once per order free of charge if a parcel is seized or lost. Dispatch should also be a stated window; Notary Peptides dispatches within 3 business days.

Lot traceability

Every vial should carry a lot number, and the supplier should be able to say, for that number, whether a third-party report exists. A supplier that sends one generic certificate for every order is not offering traceability. Notary Peptides returns the batch’s report status against the lot number; see verify a batch.

Terms that are not standard

Payment terms such as Net 15 or Net 30 exist at some US wholesalers at their higher tiers. Exclusivity by territory is rarely offered in this market and should not be assumed.

Frequently asked questions

Should terms be in writing?

Yes. At Notary Peptides they are on the ordering page and apply to every order, from one kit upward.

Is a certificate of analysis a term?

It is documentation, not a term. The term is what the supplier does when the certificate and an independent test disagree.

Do the terms differ for white-label orders?

No. The same terms apply under every label option.
