The terms that apply to every Notary Peptides order, from a single trial box to distributor volume. The commercial terms (pricing tiers, shipping, guarantee and testing reimbursement) are set out on the Ordering & terms page and form part of these terms.
These terms govern the supply of research materials by Notary Peptides (“NOTARY”, “we”, “us”) and the use of notarypeptides.com (the “Site”). There is no storefront or checkout: an order is placed by message (WhatsApp, Telegram or email) and is accepted when we confirm it in writing and payment is received. By placing an order you accept these terms, the commercial terms on the Ordering & terms page and the Privacy policy.
All materials are chemical reference materials supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, are not medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices, and have not been evaluated or approved by any regulatory authority for any use. Nothing on the Site or in our correspondence is medical, dosing or administration advice, and we do not provide it.
By ordering, the purchaser confirms that they are a qualified researcher, laboratory, reseller or distribution partner obtaining the materials for research use, and that they are responsible for compliance with the import, handling and resale rules of their own jurisdiction. We may ask for organisation, role and intended use before quoting, and may decline or cancel any order without giving a reason.
Prices are per box of ten vials as stated in the current price list, which is shared on request. A quote states the price, availability, shipping fee and payment options. Unless the quote says otherwise, prices exclude import duties, taxes and brokerage charged at the destination, which are the purchaser’s responsibility. Accepted payment methods, the crypto discount and the PayPal processing fee are listed on the Ordering & terms page. Materials are dispatched after payment has been received.
Orders are dispatched within three business days of payment and shipped tracked. Transit times of 10–15 days are typical, not guaranteed. If a parcel is seized or lost in transit, one free reshipment is provided per order. Beyond that reshipment, risk in the goods passes to the purchaser on delivery to the address given in the order.
Every vial carries a printed lot number tied to one production batch. If a batch tests under 98% purity, or under 90% of the labelled quantity, at an accredited laboratory, that batch is refunded in full. On single orders of 20 boxes or more, the invoiced cost of one independent test is reimbursed up to USD 300 whatever the result; on smaller orders the same reimbursement applies if the result fails the guarantee. Claims are made by sending the laboratory report and invoice to our official contact. Refunds are paid by the method used for the original payment.
Lyophilized materials are not returnable once dispatched, except where a claim under section 6 is accepted. Please check quantities and lot numbers on receipt and report any discrepancy within seven days of delivery.
Third-party analytical reports are shared against the lot number on your vial once they have been issued for that batch. Where no report has yet been issued, we say so; the absence of a report is not a statement about the batch. We do not issue generic certificates that are not tied to a lot.
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the materials contrary to section 2, from the purchaser’s import or resale activities, or for indirect or consequential loss. The purchaser indemnifies us against claims arising from any such use.
Site text, product data, label designs and photographs are owned by or licensed to Notary Peptides. Resellers and distribution partners may use product data and label images to describe NOTARY-labelled goods they stock; any other reproduction requires written permission. Compound names are used to identify research materials and imply no affiliation with any trademark holder.
Our only official channels are the WhatsApp number, Telegram number, Discord server and email address listed on the Contact page. Verify the contact before sending any payment; we are not responsible for payments sent to any other account.
We may update these terms. The version in force when an order is confirmed applies to that order. Questions about these terms can be sent to the contact page.
