What Notary Peptides collects when you use notarypeptides.com or contact us, what it is used for, and the choices you have.

1. Scope

This policy covers the website notarypeptides.com (the “Site”), the enquiry form, the stock-update subscription, and the messaging channels listed on the Contact page (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, email).

2. What we collect

  • Information you send us. Enquiry form: name, email address and your message. Messaging channels: your account identifier on that channel and the messages you send. Order correspondence: organisation, delivery address, a phone number for the carrier, and payment status.
  • Payment details. Card and account details are handled by the payment provider (PayPal, Stripe or Zelle) or by the crypto network you pay through. We never receive or store card numbers.
  • Collected automatically. Server and security logs (IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page, timestamps); website analytics through Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics; a language preference stored in your browser so the Site opens in the language you chose.
  • Not collected. We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, health information or government identification numbers.

3. How we use it

To answer enquiries, send quotes and price lists, process accepted orders and arrange dispatch and tracking, share lot documentation, send stock and batch updates to subscribers who opted in, keep the Site secure, keep records required for tax and accounting, and understand how the Site is used so we can improve it.

4. Legal basis

We process information because it is necessary to respond to you or to fulfil an order, because you consented (subscription emails), or because we have a legitimate interest in running the Site securely and complying with law. Where the law of your country (for example the EU or UK GDPR) gives you rights over your data, those rights apply as described in section 8.

5. Sharing

We share information only with the providers needed to serve you: the shipping carrier (name, address, phone), the payment provider you choose, our email and analytics providers, and the production partner for dispatch. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

6. Cookies and analytics

The Site sets analytics cookies through Google Analytics 4 and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. A language preference is stored in your browser’s local storage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the Site still works without them.

7. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Subscription emails stop as soon as you unsubscribe, which you can do by replying to any email.

8. Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to a use of it, or ask for a copy, by writing to the email address on the Contact page. We answer within 30 days. Deleting order records that we must keep by law may not be possible until that period ends.

9. International transfers

We operate across more than one country and use service providers located outside the country you are in. Information is transferred only to the extent needed for the purposes above and is protected by the providers’ standard safeguards.

10. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Access to order correspondence is limited to the supply team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if you believe your information has been compromised, contact us so we can investigate.
