Drop-shipping means the supplier dispatches a kit directly to the reseller’s customer instead of to the reseller, in discreet packaging and with the reseller’s chosen label option. The reseller takes the order and the payment; the supplier handles the parcel.
Collect the customer’s order and payment, then send the supplier the compounds, fills, kit count, label option and the customer’s delivery address. The reseller remains the customer’s contact for the sale; the supplier does not market to the reseller’s customers.
Pack the kit under the chosen label option, dispatch within the normal window (3 business days at Notary Peptides), and provide the tracking number to the reseller. The parcel carries no pricing. If it is seized or lost in transit, the one free reshipment per order applies as for any other order.
Because the supplier ships to an address it has no relationship with and cannot verify. Most suppliers, Notary Peptides included, open drop-shipping after a reseller has placed and received direct orders, so that both sides have a track record before third-party addresses enter the flow.
The lot number is on every vial under the NOTARY and own-brand options and on the batch documentation in every case. Your customer can quote that lot number and receive the batch’s third-party report status directly, without going through you.
Only if the kit is NOTARY-labelled. Under unlabelled or own-brand options the vial does not carry the supplier’s brand.
The normal shipping terms apply to the order value: free from USD 500, otherwise the regional flat fee.
Each address is a separate dispatch; ask at quotation how multi-address orders are handled.
